Michael O’Shea

President and Co-founder

Michael’s career includes 24 years of case-management, program planning and administration. A National Certified Guardian and a Oregon Certified Professional Fiduciary, he also is a member of the National Guardianship Association and the Guardian/Conservator Association of Oregon. He has worked with people who have complex medical, social, and mental health needs. Michael has prepared and monitored budgets in health care agencies. He has served on numerous community-based organization boards including the Guardian/Conservator Association of Oregon. He was named the 2011 Affiliate of the Year in Oregon by the National Guardian Association. Michael enjoys gardening, golf and traveling with his partner.

Lead Financial Case Manager

Shawn has been working as a professional fiduciary since 2004. He is a National Certified Guardian and an Oregon Certified  Professional Fiduciary.  He currently serves on the board of directors of the Guardian/Conservator Association of Oregon. Shawn’s previous career as a programmer allows him to bring a critical eye to the complex financial needs of our clients, from managing multi-million dollar estates to Medicaid planning. Shawn enjoys working out at the gym, traveling with his partner, and spending time with his dogs when he’s not crunching numbers.

Rebecca Southard

Lead Case Manager

Rebecca graduated from Concordia University of Portland with a B.S. in Social Work. She has been a geriatric social worker and mental health counselor in the Portland area for approximately 8 years. Prior to joining Tiffany and O’Shea, Inc., Rebecca worked for Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare as a Residential Counselor in an enhanced mental health care facility working with clients with severe and persistent mental health and medical issues. There she learned the dynamics of the mental health system and developed knowledge of the various mental health diagnoses, and she continues to enjoy working with this population. She is a National Certified Guardian.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two children and family.

Case Manager

Dina is new to Tiffany and O’Shea but not new to the work of taking care of people in need. Dina has worked in social services for care centers, including memory care. She has more than twenty years of experience in the field of social service. Dina is a National Certified Guardian and an Oregon Certified Professional Fiduciary. She also holds certificates in human services and gerontology. Dina can be counted on to listen to the client’s needs and work tirelessly to make sure the client is safe and well cared for. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and working to improve her knitting skills.

Financial Case Manager

Reid just started his career with Tiffany & O’Shea as a Financial Case Manager in July of 2015. Reid graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Speech Communications. He has worked in the financial industry for 11 years and has worked closely with many clients to ensure that their financial needs are met. Reid uses his background in the financial industry and education in speech communications to find the best solutions for each client and case. In his free time, he enjoys camping, golf, tennis, going to the movies and spending time with his dog.

Financial CaseManager

Tanna joined Tiffany and O’Shea, Inc. as our Administrative Assistant and quickly was promoted to Client Services Specialist, and then to Financial Case Manager. Her “can do” attitude developed serving in the US Army helps her get the job done for our clients. From paying bills and prepping accountings to making sure clients homes are well maintained, Tanna can be counted on to do excellent work. Tanna is equally busy in her off time raising three wonderful children.

Brooke joined Tiffany and O’Shea, Inc in 2015 as our administrative assistant. She brings to her work dedication and charm. Whether dealing with large amounts of mail, incoming phone calls or the countless of other tasks she is professional and always has a smile on her face. As mom to a toddler, Brooke likes to say if I can handle my son I can handle anything. Brooke loves the outdoors and her time with family when not at work.

Margaret Tiffany

Registered Nurse Case Manager and Co-Founder

Margaret Tiffany has 38 years experience in nursing and social work. Her career has included community-based case management of clients with complex needs. Her credentials were obtained at Oregon Health and Science University (a BS in Nursing) and Portland State University (Masters of Social Work). She maintains a license in nursing and can be counted on to provide assessments and support to the Case Managers. Recently semi-retired, she and her husband enjoy traveling to visit their children and grandchildren.
