Shawn Eldridge

Shawn Eldridge


Shawn began his career with Tiffany & O’Shea in 2004, became a Nationally Certified Guardian and an Oregon Certified Professional Fiduciary in 2006, and assumed the role of president in 2019. Shawn is an active member of the Guardian/Conservator Association of Oregon and served four years on its board of directors, including one year as president. Shawn’s long career serving as a fiduciary with Tiffany & O’Shea has given him the breadth of experience needed to address the complex financial and healthcare needs of our clients. Shawn is an avid gamer and enjoys camping with his partner and spending time with his dog.

Rebecca Southard

Case Manager

Rebecca graduated from Concordia University of Portland with a B.S. in Social Work. She has been a geriatric social worker and mental health professional in the Portland area for over 12 years. Prior to joining Tiffany and O’Shea, Rebecca worked for Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare as a Residential Counselor working with clients with severe and persistent mental health and medical issues. There she learned the dynamics of the mental health system and developed knowledge of the various mental health diagnoses, and she continues to enjoy working with this population. Rebecca brings a keen understanding and deep compassion for her clients. She is a National Certified Guardian and currently serves on the board of directors for the Guardian/Conservator Association of Oregon. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two children and family.

Stephanie Harrington Sorenson

Stephanie Harrington

Case Manager/Intake Coordinator

Stephanie graduated from the University of Montana with a B.A. in Social Work, and from Pioneer Pacific College as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She is currently registered as an LPN with the Oregon State Board of Nursing. She has been practicing social work case management in the Portland area since 1995. She is a National Certified Guardian. Stephanie has been with Tiffany and O’Shea since 2004. Her ability to manage complicated medical and social situations with our clients is unmatched. Stephanie enjoys spending time with family in Oregon and Montana

Reid Christomos

Reid Christomos

Financial Case Manager

Reid began his career with Tiffany & O’Shea as a Financial Case Manager in 2015. He graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Speech Communications. Reid has worked in the financial industry for 11 years, ensuring the financial needs of his clients are met. He excels in using his background to work closely with our clients to forge appropriate financial plans. He currently serves as treasurer for the board of directors of the Guardian/Conservator association of Oregon and is a National Certified Guardian. In his free time, he enjoys camping, golf, and going to the movies.

Bryson Rowlett

Bryson Rowlett

Financial Case Manager

Bryson came to Tiffany and O’Shea in 2017, bringing with him extensive experience in direct case work with people in need and those under court ordered protection. Beginning in client services support, he has since been promoted to the position of financial case manager. He is integral to the work we do for our clients. Bryson has broad knowledge and compassion that helps him succeed at helping our clients. He never shirks from an opportunity to help our clients or his coworkers. He spends his free time with his girlfriend and enjoys reading and playing board games.

Amy Landon

Assistant Case Manager

Amy graduated from Western Oregon University in 2001 with a B.S. in Communications and Social Sciences. Prior to joining Tiffany and O’Shea, she spent 17 years working with seniors in different capacities. Her previous role as an Alzheimer’s Care Administrator taught her many skills that she uses on a daily basis such as multi-tasking, problem solving and customer service. Amy assists the Case Mangers so that they can stay focused on each and every client we serve. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and traveling.

Megan Osborne

Client Services Support

Megan started her career with Tiffany & O’Shea in 2019. She has worked in customer service for over 20 years, including support of professionals in the field of mental health services. Megan is always eager to help clients and financial case managers in any way needed. In her free time she enjoys reading, spending time with family and is always with her dog.

Martha Rose

Administrative Assistant

Martha came to Tiffany and O’Shea in 2018, bringing with her an extensive experience in customer service and clerical savvy. She is fundamental to the work we do for our clients. From her frontline duties of answering phones, handling the daily mail, managing files, and assisting the case managers with a myriad of assignments, Martha’s cheerful and helpful manner is top notch. She embraces every opportunity to help our clients and her coworkers. She has a passion for dogs, and spends her free time reading mystery novels and engaging in extended family activities.

Michael O’Shea


Michael’s career includes 24 years of case-management, program planning and administration. A National Certified Guardian and an Oregon Certified Professional Fiduciary, he enjoys the challenge of working with people who have complex medical, social, and mental health needs. Michael has served on numerous community-based organization boards including the Guardian/Conservator Association of Oregon. He was named the Affiliate of the Year in Oregon by the National Guardian Association. Michael retired in 2019 and now provides ongoing consultation for Tiffany and O’Shea.

Margaret Tiffany


Margaret Tiffany (1944-2018) was a founding member of Tiffany and O’Shea. She set a standard for client care that still exists today. Selfless in her approach to helping people and an amazing work ethic allowed Tiffany and O’Shea to garner the reputation it proudly has today. We are grateful for the knowledge Margaret passed on to us. We will miss her wit and charm and are thankful we knew an amazing woman.
